Is Irregular Periods Combined With Protected Intercourse Of Worry?

I had my period two times last month. The December period lasted into the beginning of JAnuary and then i started again 5 days before my period was supposed to start. The day before i had a very emotional and stressful day so i assumed i just started early because of stress. But now this moth my period hasnt started and im 3 days late. Im now starting to worry because i am sexaully active but my bf alwways wears a condom and pulls out everytime. should i still be worried?
