Is Irregular Periods While Having A Bulky Uterus A Complication Affecting Future Pregnancies?

Hi. I m 32 year old. I hv irregular periods. I m planning for pregnancy. And my reports say. Left ovary:measures 30×28×22mms=11gms Left ovary is mild bulky insize with multiple small follicles within. Right ovary: measures 33×30×21=11gms.it shows 26×19mm dominant follicles. No obvious solid or cystic mass lesion bilateral. No free fluid seen in pouch of Douglas. Endometrium is central and appears normal and measures up to 10 mm. Uterus is anteverted and normal in size,it measures71×47×38mms. no focal myometrial lesion or intrauterine gestational sac or endometrial collection seen. Whether it s any serious problem. Can I conceive.

Hi, I think you are having polycystic ovaries. In that there is problem with ovulation. If you don't want pregnancy now, you can take some hormones to regularise the periods. If you want pregnancy, you can take some medicines for inducing ovulation. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Try to lose some weight. it is not a serious problem.
