Is is normal for my testicles to smell like semen especailially about sweating When I have been exercising and sweating I have noticed that my testicles smell very strongly of semen. Is that normal?

It's normal for a stronger odor to come from your testicles if they are sweating as a result of sexual activity. Some people do, some don't. use the deoderant if it smell really offensive
