Is Is Safe To Take Xanax With Codeine From Painkillers?

Hi there docs, just a quick little question. I have been snorting xanax, following it up with wine and codiene from painkillers - I would just like to know if this is VERY harmful or would you class it as recreational self medication ( as im schizofrenic ) im also on abilify and thinking of throwing a bunch of phenergans in the mix to chill me out and hopefully get a bit out of reality for a while.
