Is It A Cause Of Concern After Experiencing A Strong Pulsation On The Right Side Of Forehead While Taking Medication For Hypertension?

My husband is experiencing a strong pulsation on the right side of his forehead. It is not painful but you can see it moving on his skin and he can feel it. He is on 2 medications for hypertension but his BP is 133/88. Should we be concerned?
Thanks

i would like some more details about this
does he have a headache
does he have any vertigo
does he have vomitting
does he have any neck pain
does he have any vision problems
does he have any tingling numbness or weakness

i would like to get the answers to this before i answer
meanwhile get an ecg, lipid profile and complete hemogram, kft tested.
if the answer to any of the above is yes, i would suggest an mri brain

please let us know the report
maybe it is nothing
but lets rule out the harmful conditions

let us know with the detailed answers and investigation
so we can help u further
