Is It A Good Practice To Sleep Without A Pillow?

is it a good practise to sleep without a pillow? would there be any problems to the spine if slept without a pillow. pls suggest best way to sleep so that there is minimum strain on the spine. i have slight back problem due to scoliosis, hence looking for a better way to sleep.

Pillow helps to maintain good posture of neck with rest of the body. Sleeping without pillow in most of the patients causes neck pain. You can use hard mattress on bed which will keep your spine straight and prevent bent in it. Right lateral or left lateral positions are generally suitable for sleep.
