Is It A Problem If Ultrasound States Fetal Right Kidney Revealed Mild Fullness?

foetal right kidney revealed mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system (AP Dimension of renal pelvis is 4.7 mm) this is the baby condition in ultrasound please tell me is this a big problem and how is this happened also want to know the how we can go out of this?

Well come to HCM
Although this does not seems any problem here some parameters are missing like gestational period, history of mother whether this is prime or not number of deliveries, still follow up is very important, hope this information helps, your further query would be appreciated, take care.
