Is It Advisable To Discontinue Medication For Hypertension?

I have been diagnosed with hypertension. I was given 1 perscription to manage my BP and that only contained it aound 154/94. Then I was given a second to help the first one. Now my BP is reguallary around 111 71 - 117 96 I am constantly fatigued. I am thinking of stopping the second pill to see if the fatigue goes away. Would that be safe.

Hi,

What I would like to say is that stopping medication suddenly (the second pill) may cause the BP to raise up again and may precipitate hypertensive crisis. This is why I don't recommend to quit the second pill by your self.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
