Is It Advisable To Have Unprotected Sex To Regularize Menses?

i have given my gf unwanted kit , after that she faced mc for next 15 days with heavy bleeding.after that she consulted with doctor & took one month course to regularise her harmones.But her harmones are still not ok.now the doctor has asked her 2 have unprotected sex with me to make her periods normal.

is it safe to go for unprotected sex as i don't want her 2 take any other tablet in case of pregnancy.
