Is It Advisable To Place A Dental Implant At The Age Of 77?

My patient has had an annual infusion with Reclast for the last two years to treat her osteoporosis. She has experienced no ill effects from the treatment and is otherwise healthy except for mild hypertension.. She is age 77.I would like to place a dental implant for her to help stabilize her partial denture. Is this advisable?
