Is It Advisable To Take Diflucan Pill While On BP Medications?

I had an allergic reaction to nystatin swish n swallow for oral thrush. They gave me methyl prednisone pack to take 6 days decreasing pills each day. Now I got a vaginal yeast infection. Now my doctor wants to give me diflucan pill 1 pill then 4 days later 1 more pill. I am worried. I also take high blood pressure pills Atenolol 50 mg n ibesarten 150 mg / 12.5. N ambien 5 mg to sleep. N econozole nitrate cream 1 percent on my legs.
