Is It Advisable To Take Zotreen Plus Along With BP Medication?

hi Dr. Samuel, I'm a mid-fifties lady with history of high blood pressure taking Amlor 5 mg daily and Lisinopril 10 mg daily with controlled blood pressure. Some people advised me to take Zotreem Plus " weight loss capsules" , but I'm worried about its effect on blood pressure.Should I avoid it totally or increase my medications ?!!!
