Betnesol injections are usually given if delivery is expected before 36 weeks. It is not absolutely required to give it after 37 weeks. Betnesol is given for maturing the lung of the growing baby and after 36 to 37 weeks it will not be required. Anyways a single dose will not harm you baby and no harm even if you receive it.
