Is It Advisable To Take Painkillers For Menstrual Cramps?

sir/man i would like to ask that is pain killer during periods to avoid cramps or pain is advisable ?? i mean lot of people suggested that having pain killer during periods create problems in long run while having / delivering baby..!!

how far this fact is true to follow?? any suggestions from your end..
