Is It Advisable To Take Wine While On Metrogyl?

I am taking metrogyl 400 for a vaginal abcess. 3 tablets for day. No side effects so far apart from a little numbness in my hands whilst asleep at night. I wake with this but have had similar before takiing the tablets. Would one glass of wine hurt for a social occasion?
