Is It Advisable To Travel By Flight During 6th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, my wife is pregnant and we are planing to travel to the US from Saudi Arabia which is 13 hours flight, and that will be in her 8th week. In the US we will be traveling for 8 hours and 6 hours car trip too. will it be Safe. Thanks

1.Ideally i will not suggest to have such traveling in early pregnancy time.
2.Its not recommended.
3.There are possibilities of missed abortions.
4.if it is needful take gentle care, less mobility.
