Is It Advisable To Use Jaggery In Teas While Suffering From Diabetes?

I am diabetes since 203 and maintaining it. sometimes shoots up but fairly under control. Past few days I have started using jageery Tea as it is very Cold now. Is it advisable to continue. With jiggery I will put one spool of honey also in that tea and drink early morning. I feel good as it is very cold.

Dear stop whatever u are doing. It may create a big trouble to you as it may increase ur sugar drastically.
