Is It Alright To Have Only Tricinod Inspite Of Having Normal BP Readings?

I m 35yrs old taking tricinod 10 in the morning as well as metpure xl 50 in night at bed time for past 6 months before b.p was 150-100 & now it is normal 120 to 130 & 80 to 90 i m taking only tricinod 10 only in the morning, is it fine for me now, please advice

I read your question and I understand your concern.

The values that you mention are inside normal limits so I think you can continue the present treatment. You shouldn't interrupt it as it is thanks to that treatment your blood pressure stays under control. Continue to check it periodically. High blood pressure can cause long term complications over the years, so since you are pretty young with many years ahead of you you should be very attentive to monitoring it.
