Is It Better To Avoid Driving Due To Visual And Cervical Problems?

I have retrolithesis of cervical spine, c5,6,7, and bilateral orbital neuralgia. I also have Ehlers Danlos. With the neck issue I get visual problems, ie, difficulty with a blinding light not so much pain even when I turn my neck. This has me concerned about driving and I do not currently. Joint laxity and bulging disks in the neck. Any thoughts?
