Is It Common To Experience Shoulder Pain And Pain In Arms After Accident?

I was in a car accident last night and I am experiencing some pain today. I have never been in a accident like this before so I am not sure if what I am feeling is normal. A man in a ford explorer ran a stop sign and I t-bone him going around 20mph in a ford mustang. I have a little bit of a swallow wrist, shoulder pain, pain in both arms as well as some tingling in my arms and fingers. Would these be pretty commons things to experience after a wreck like this?
