Is It Concerning That My Platelet Count Has Dropped?

Sir, I have been diagnosed with low platelet count, 70,000 to 90,000 with giant platelet seen in report. From the past 3 months my platelet. My platelet was 1.5 lacs a month ago but again this month it was around 90,000. Tests carried out - Blood picture, peripheral blood smear examination, it was normal except given platelets are reduced. CBC - LFT, RFT, USG (ABDOMEN), T3 T4 TSH, HEB B, HEB C, HIV all these tests are normal, ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODY nuclear nucleolar.. test was 1:100 titer/dilution. I don t have any symptoms such as bleeding or anything. But these things are leading me to anxiety. Don t know what to do now.
