Is It Concussion If Getting Sharp Pains After Hitting Forehead On The Concrete?

I hit my head hard face first on the concrete. just in the center of my forehead. Now when I bend over or move abruptly I get a sharp pain in the front part of my skull. Is this just due to swelling and a concussion? I feel pressure on that part when I lean over, too.

Hello
It seems from the history that you had suffered a injury following which you are having sharp pain at the site of injury.
This is unlikely to be caused by concussion head injury.
A concussion head injury will have symptoms like severe headache associated with dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness following injury, bleeding from ears or nose following injury.
If you have any of three dangerous symptoms you need to worry otherwise no need to worry of concussion head injury.
As of now you can take analgesics for pain relief.

Thank you
