Is It Dangerous To Conceive With PCOD?

This is shwetha from India. My age is 27. My weight is 51 and height 5 2 '' . I have PCOD condition. Lately i had mensustral cycle for 1 month. It stopped after taking Diane 35 tablets. I have continued this tablets. The doctor suspects that i have endometriosis. Though it was not detected by scanning. he suggets me to have baby. But my husband not willing to have. Is it dangerous in future for me. I heard it can lead to cancer.
