Hi. UTI is really bad in pregnancy. It can lead to preterm labour, premature rupture of membranes and chorio amnionitis. You definitely need to treat UTI and you must have submitted your urine culture ex. for which they are waiting for sensitivity report and what antibiotic will be most effective. Also sometimes this can be due to vaginal infection. Take plenty of fluids and aantibiotic for 7-10 days and also vaginal tablets for infection.Thanks.
