Is It Fine For Me To Take The Counter Cold Medicine After A LEEP Procedure?

Hi,

I am 6 days removed from a LEEP procedure. According to my doctor, is was a minor one at that. I caught a cold from my son though, and I was wondering if it is ok to take over the counter Cold Medicine. I am treating the internal health with Manuka Honey. Which is extremely effective.

Hello madam, well from the history you have given, yes loop electro excision procedure (LEEP) is a minor procedure...you may take medications for the cold...But if you want to start on antibiotics, then you can call your doctor, as you may be on a course of antibiotics following the LEEP procedure. ..hope i was helpful to you. ..
