Is It Fine To Continue Exercises, Having Intercourse After Novasure Procedure?

Had the Novasure proceedure two and a half weeks ago On my one week check I had a minimal discharge and no bleeding,my Dr. said I could resume sexual activity and go back to my strenuous exercise/ activities. I have been bleeding ever since. Is it ok to continue having intercourse and do my hiking,mtn.biking and weight lifting? I am 53 and have no med issues and take no medication I am 5ft 2in. and weigh 105lbs. I also follow a vegan diet.
