Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
The change in refractive power from spherical to cylindrical indicates change in the refractive error. This may be because of change in curvature of cornea or because of change in refractive index.
Though it is not serious this condition requires evaluation by a ophthalmologist and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult ophthalmologist for treatment.

Thank you
