Obviously it is bad and has to be given immediate attention to bring it back to the normal level.

Blood sugar level of 411 is not at all good.This means wither the prescription is not being followed regularly, or maybe the prescription needs to be reviewed.

It is very bad if the blood sugar level goes beyond 180. please consult the doctor immediately and follow the medications properly to lead a good health.
