Is It Good To Take Levipil For Absenteeism?

hi,m a 23 yr old girl and m taking levipil 750 mg twice a day.m suffering from absent attacks and m taking this medicine from last two yrs.is it ok?my doctor is increasing the dosage of levipil gradually and have asked me to stop taking epilex chrono 300.plz suggest.
