Is It Harmful If A Toddler Is Accidentally Given 7 Ml Of Sinarest AF Instead Of The Prescribed 3.5 Ml?

Hello Doctor, my 2 yr old had temperature this morning. Instead of giving P 120 (supposed to be given 7ml as per prescription) mistakenly i gave him Sinarest AF 7 ml. Sinarest AF is prescribed as 3.5 ml for cold. Now i am worried if it will cause any issue. Please help.
