Hi, I have gone through your question. Bromocriptine is category B drug and has no known adverse effects on the fetus when taken in pregnancy. But doing prolactin levels in pregnancy is not justified, unless symptoms like severe headache and severe galactorrhea is there, as hormone levels are changed in pregnancy and they cannot be compared to normal non pregnant levels.
There is no need of taking bromocriptine in pregnancy unless you are having a pituitary tumour.
I would suggest you to discuss with your doctor the reason for giving you Bromocriptine in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
