Is It Harmful To Touch Dried Sperm On Clothes Or Surfaces, And Is It Necessary To Wash Hands After Contact?

Sir I get night fall release sperm and my clothes do get on with I m unable to wash clothes and after getting dry using clothes and placing things it is it any harm or when I feel it s touch I feel like needed to clean hands. Can we put hand on dried sprm and is necessary to wash hands.
