antioxidants in it are known to cause reduction in blood pressure.But along with it,you should restrict fatty,spicy,salty fried food,which could increase blood pressure.
Besides this has many anti-inflammatory, antibiotic like,and anticancer beneficial effects, for which it could be taken.
Consults with physician and nutritionist need to be taken to rule out any existing contra-indications before adding wine.
Wine does reduces risks to CAD(Coronary
artery disease) and hence is advisable.
