Is It Is Possible To Get Glandular Fever From Semen?

Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to get Glandular Fever from semen when coming into contact with the mouth. (Oral Sex) I am male, 16, 173cm and 61kg. My girlfriend is showing all the symptoms starting from 3 days ago. The oral sex was 6 days ago. She has gotten worse.

I would like to tell you that the virus can be carried in body fluids such as urine, tears, saliva, blood, semen, cervical secretions and breast milk. I advise her bed rest and paracetamol to treat fever. Visit a physician and get her evaluation done.
