Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The drugs prescribed under AKT-4, namely, isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide have not been shown to be associated with any additional fetal congenital malformations during pregnancy and hence, are considered safe. Streptomycin should not be used. Vaccination should not be done. So, in the current scenario, there is no medical need to terminate the pregnancy. Regular monitoring is however necessary to check for the hepatic function and the fetal well being. Additional nutritional supplements are also needed. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
