Is It Necessary To Continue With Biopsies For Enlarged Prostate?

My age is 66, height 6'2", weight 215. I have two health issues high blood pressure and an enlarge prostate. Prostate treatment to date has been a PSA test every year for the past 8 or 10 years and 2 biopsies. The biopsies have been negative. Should I continue with biopsies, they do cause some uncomfortable recovery situations.
