Is It Necessary To Do Surgery For Hole In The Ear Drum?
Hi iam , 28 years , i have small hole ear drum in right ear ,as specified by doctor , & when were having cold , after shower , there yellow liquid from the ear same is from past one year & when ENT specialist checked for the same & replied me i need under go surgery typmanoplast micro surgery , as there small hole & as there was infection ear suggested ear drops & tablets so that ear can be dryed .
but my concern is that do want to under go surgery & need precautions measures to avoid the surgery at least for 5- 6years

tympanoplasty can be done at any time
there will be off and on infection and you may need to take off and on medicines to dry them you can postpone it if you can take precautions
