Is It Necessary To Operate A Hypoechoic Mass In Uterus?

I hav problm in my hypoechoic mass measuring 3.3 x 3.6cm noted in posterior wall of fundus of uterus n another large hypoechoic mass measuring 9.5 x 6.8cm noted in rt adnexa..
I went fo check up at two different doctors n 1 doctor advised for ct scanning n other not . .
So, is it necessary of operation here . .
Or itz better to go ahead to the operation . .
