Is It Necessary To Take Clexane Injections For Whole Week While Travelling?

hi i had ankle sugery 4 months ago and im due to fly tomorrow to london, in total im flying 4 times in a week. my doctor has prescribed me clexane 40 mg twice a day do i need to take these injections for the whole of my week stay in spain please, or just before i fly and just before i return? thank you.
