Is It Normal For A Black And Purple Thigh Bruise With A White Center To Appear Randomly And Stay Unchanged For Days?

I have a bruise on my thigh that appeared randomly and it has been there for days and has stayed the same color and size. I’m wondering if this is normal it’s a black and purple circle bruise with another little circle in it that’s white. I’m wondering if that’s normal or if I need to see a doctor
