Is It Normal For An Adult Male To Experience Bedwetting Unexpectedly?

Hello, I am a healthy adult male that works out regularly and doesn’t take any medications or supplements. Last night out of nowhere, I peed the bed. I was able to wake up, stop and finish in the bathroom. It still freaks me out that it happed especially since I haven’t done that since being potty trained as a child. Am I worried for no reason? Please help me understand why this may have happened. Thank you.
