Hello,

At age 60, the blood circulation changes due to age related vascular changes. Peripheral vascular disease is related to diabetes, hypertension, or smoking history. Anxiety and temperature also affect the blood circulation and warmth. At 60, if you are having retraction problem then it's simply your normal anatomy. However, you are advised to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid forcing retraction as it can cause pain or tearing.

You can use a mild steroid cream to loosen the foreskin gradually if needed. In case it is troubling you, get clinically examined by a urologist. A simple procedure like circumcision or preputioplasty can help if infections or hygiene issues occur. In the meantime, you are advised to keep warm (especially feet and lower body).

Do light exercise like walking, stretching to improves circulation. Avoid smoking or alcohol excess. Have your blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure checked. Get clinically examined by a urologist. if required he will suggest Doppler scan for penile blood flow or glucose screening.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
