Is It Normal For Blood Sugar Levels To Increase During Pregnancy?

I am 36 weeks and just went back to work after being off for the entire summer. My blood sugar levels the last 2 days have been high. Fasting= 99, 97 and after breakfast 143! today after lunch it was 138.

is it normal for blood sugar levels to increase at 36 weeks?

The pregnancy causes a mirena Ljubljana d degree of glucose intolerance and susceptible patients may have diabetes too.
You should undergo the 100 gm glucose challenge test.
If normal then you don't have to worry.
