Is It Normal For My Daughter To Foam At The Mouth, Snore, Move Restlessly In Sleep, And Have A Lower Voice For The Past 3 Days?

Good night doctor my daughter has been foaming in her sleep for 3 days now while snoring and also her sleep patterns change. She is up and down on the bed while sleeping can t steady and I also noticed her voice has changed too it got lower like she can t speak. PL can you tell me how to stop it or is it normal
