Is It Normal For My Navel To Have A Slight Smell A Bit More Than A Fortnight After Abdominal Plastic Surgery?

Hello I just had an abdominal plastic surgery about 17days ago. Currently my progress is fine but I forgot to ask my doctor if it was normal for my belly button to kind of smell I’ve cleaned it I can’t really reach all the way inside because it’s still swollen and I can’t really feel how far I can go in but it does kinda smell not huge but he is that normal? Or should I be concerned? Thanks
