Is It Normal For The Right Testicle To Hang Lower?

Hi I have a question Past few months I have noticed my right testicle hanging pretty low. There is no pain, no urinary incontinence or excessive urination. I m just curious if something can be wrong. I know the right one hangs lower but it seems as if it is not connected.

There is nothing wrong in that as soon as you dont see any swelling pain fever or malaise and any kind of erection issues or urinary problems.
