Is It Normal For The Skin Between My Buttocks To Feel Fused, Especially If It Has Recently Started To Hurt And Bleed?

Hi, Im not sure if this is something to be worried about, and I’m kinda embarrassed to ask about it, but there seems to be an area between my buttocks where it feels like the skin from either side has fused to the other. It’s below where the crack starts, and I’ve had it for as long as I can remember. I think I actually like, noticed it a year or two ago, and I didn’t really worry about it because it wasn’t causing any issues, but I did feel a little self conscious about it, and wondered if it was normal. However, it has been starting to hurt recently, and I’ve begun to notice some little spots of blood from it when I wipe, so I’m beginning to get a little more concerned about it. I don’t know if I’m going to need surgery for it or what, but I guess I just want to get a professional’s opinion on it.
