Is It Normal If Kicks Has Moved From The Lower Left Abdomen To The Pelvic Area In Pregnancy?

Good morning. I am 22 weeks pregnant and have been having the urge to urinate frequently. I feel a ticklish feeling in the vagina prior to feeling a full bladder. Also, ive noticed the kicks have moved from the lower left abdomen to the pelvic area. Is this normal? Is the baby too low?
