Is It Normal To Be Spitting Blood From Phlegm After Experiencing A Nose Bleed?

Hi a couple of weeks ago i got hit in my mouth and nose as soon as i got hit my nose started bleeding i want to say this happen december 22....now I m spitting up blood from phlegm its thick and dark red & it happens about twice a day should i be concerned and got to the er or schedule an apointment?

It seems from the history that you are spitting blood from phlegm after nasal bleeding following injury.
The spitting of blood from phlegm indicates presence of nasal bleeding.
Hence this requires examination by a ENT doctor to look for source of nasal bleeding and treat it either by cauterization or by nasal pack.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.
