Is It Normal To Experience Bleeding And Spotting After A Colonoscopy?

Hi. I had a colonoscopy on Friday morning. At around 5 pm I noticed tiny little bits of flesh/ tissue with a little blood on them. All day yesterday I had the tiniest bits of spotting. At 6 am this morning I had a little on toilet paper after wiping. It was a light pink. I had gone back to bed and got up at 8. Woke up to some blood on my pyjama pants and blood had covered the toilet paper.
